RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your COPERARI piece. Each item is made with care by hand, using traditional techniques that honor craft, material, and process.

1. Standard Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags intact
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a visible defect or fault upon arrival.
Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of
mind.
3. Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
All COPERARI pieces are handcrafted using traditional methods. As a result:
- Slight variations in color, texture, weave, and finish are natural and expected
- These variations are not considered defects but rather a hallmark of the human hand and the uniqueness of each piece.
No two items are exactly alike, and these subtle differences are part of what makes each piece special.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a visible defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or report a fault, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
